He currently runs his own consulting company that offers accounting, payroll, tax compliance, remote controller and management consulting services to SME'S. He is a Certified Public Accountant - Kenya(CPA-K) and holds an MBA-Executive from Moi University - Kenya.

Daniel is a seasoned professional with over a decade’s experience in financial systems and business process optimization. He specializes in designing, implementing, and supporting ERP and accounting solutions for SMEs and large enterprises. Holding a BSc in IT from JKUAT, he combines technical expertise with deep financial acumen gained in telecommunications and renewable energy. His hands-on experience equips him to align technology with business goals, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and scalability. Daniel provides end-to-end systems implementation and support, helping SMEs streamline operations through automation and process improvement. He bridges finance and IT, delivering solutions that drive cost savings, accuracy, and growth.

Farhan is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accounts (FCCA) and holds a Bachelor of Science (Bsc) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University (1st Class Honors). He possesses over 17 years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting and Taxation, including 5 years spent in Audit and Assurance. He has spent the last 10 years as a Financial Management Specialist, working with Medium sized Companies to ensure that their Finance Function plays a crucial role in helping them achieve their objectives. He currently oversees a client portfolio with an asset Capitalization in excess of US$ 100 Million. 

Jessica is a financial advisor with over six years of experience supporting companies through the full spectrum of corporate transactions; from buying, selling and funding to restructuring and growth strategy. Her experience spans across multiple sectors in East Africa and the Middle East, having successfully advised on deals exceeding US$ 100 million. She has strong business development skills with a track record of fostering long-term client relationships with both mid-sized enterprises and multinational corporations. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration and is a certified Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA).

Mugambi Nandi is a dual-qualified corporate lawyer (Advocate, High Court of Kenya; Solicitor, England & Wales) with over 26 years' experience advising on pan-African transactions and corporate governance. His transactional expertise spans M&A, Private Equity, Capital Markets, and Corporate Finance deals exceeding KES 100 billion. Ranked by Chambers Global (2017-2020) as a leading Kenya Corporate/Commercial (M&A) lawyer, he brings extensive boardroom experience as former Head of Legal & Company Secretary for Standard Bank Kenya and Legal Counsel at EADB. He has served on boards including Kenya's Privatization Commission and Communications Authority, and co-chaired the Capital Markets Authority's regulatory reform group.

Jenny has spent 20+ years in senior positions in banking operations, finance and technology.  Her experience ranges from supporting start up companies to leading large multi-disciplinary teams in high growth, complex technology environments. She has led large finance transformations and has a strong track record of systems delivery, data management and regulatory compliance.

Johnnie Walker, brings over 20 years of experience in fintech, SaaS, and a background in engineering offers a unique blend of technical and financial expertise. His professional journey includes roles as Acting CFO for multiple startups, where he played a key role in developing financial strategies and leading funding initiatives. A Columbia Business School MBA graduate, Johnnie balances his professional endeavors with academic contributions as an adjunct associate professor in impact investing. Presently, as the Director of Rooled, an outsourced accounting and CFO firm, he is actively engaged in examining how AI can transform finance teams, alongside hi involvement in open-source software projects.
